Direct Booking Terms & Conditions

Send your enquiry by email with your preferred dates and party size. Once we confirm availability, a 10% deposit secures your reservation. The balance is due 7 days before arrival. You will receive arrival instructions and key-box access details before your stay.

A 10% deposit is payable when booking. The remaining 90% balance is due 7 days before arrival. All prices are in euros (€).

Cancel within 30 days of booking to receive a full refund of your deposit. If the stay is booked within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

A €500 security deposit is requested on arrival and refunded within 24 hours of departure, provided no damage has been reported and the house has been left in the same clean and tidy condition as on arrival.

Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00. The maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Early check-in from 12:00 midday or late check-out until 16:00 can be arranged for €100 each, or €200 for both, subject to availability. The house is non-smoking. Pets are accepted only with our prior agreement. We ask guests to leave the house clean and tidy as found. An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available for €100.

Willowtree Gites is insured for the property and its holiday rental activity.

For direct bookings, all guests are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance, including personal liability (holiday rental/villégiature cover), for the duration of their stay. We may request an insurance certificate before arrival.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party during their stay.

The swimming pool, jacuzzi/spa, sauna and other facilities must be used responsibly and in accordance with the safety instructions provided at the property.
