Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in from 12:00 midday or late check-out until 16:00 can be arranged for €100 each, or €200 for both, subject to availability.

A 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 90% balance due 7 days before arrival. A €500 security deposit is requested on arrival and refunded within 24 hours of departure, provided no damage has been reported and the house is left as found.

The house is non-smoking. Pets are accepted only with our prior agreement. We ask guests to leave the house clean and tidy as they found it. An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available for €100.

For direct bookings, all guests are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance, including personal liability (holiday rental/villégiature cover), for the duration of their stay. We may request an insurance certificate before arrival.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party during their stay.

The swimming pool, jacuzzi/spa, sauna and other facilities must be used responsibly and in accordance with the safety instructions provided at the property.
